Vacation Photos

We've been busy since coming home from vacation, I've wanted to get here and post pictures, etc. and just haven't had time. Well this morning I am awake early so I thought what better time? Here are some of my favorites from our trip to VA beach!

Every morning, Gabrielle and I walked - for about 2.5 hours! Yep! All the way to the beach and up and down the boardwalk. The weather was cloudy but I didn't mind because it protected her from the sun.
Haha, Daddy put her on the bed with pillows all around, I love the look on her face (um and how about that funny hair do ?)

We dressed up to go out to dinner one night, just because :)

The housekeeping ladies were joking with me that I must be a new mom because I brought everything with us! Even this basket of toys from home... but Gabrielle played with them!

We took her swimming in the pool - she LOVED it, especially with daddy. She had a blast!

This is her bathing suit from Gramma Sue: And this was the funniest part! in the hotel, there was a huge full length mirror and Gabrielle spent the first day or so 'staring at the baby in the mirror'. Waving, giggling, watching her. It was so funny to watch!

We had a nice break and getaway, it was fun to tag along with Mike on his trip!

We're going on vacation

We'll be away this week... Gabrielle & I get to tag along with Mike for once on a trip - to VA Beach (I know, poor us, right? haha!). I am HOPING the weather is good! It's taken 2 full days just to pack/plan/laundry/etc. oh my word.

When we come home, we'll have Kimberly with us!! YAY!!

On the way down, we're going to talk about the food for the picnic, so thank you to everyone who asked us what you can bring. We'll have a plan by the time we get home. You can also just 'tell us' whatever you would like to bring - we don't have a strict menu or anything like that; we love when you bring your specialty or something you love to make. All of the help is much appreciated!!

Crawling for ........ poly-fil, haha!

OKay so Gabrielle has mastered crawling :) She had been getting around by doing 'splits' and pivoting her leg to get where she wants to go - it worked just fine.

Well just last week she started figuring out crawling and by now she is very good at it! Here she is crawling for a piece of poly-fil (what I use to stuff my dolls with). I love what she does with it when she gets there too, like she is saying EW gross. But cool! haha!!!

Yep that's Seseme Street in the background, we really don't watch much TV but if we do I try for a little Elmo and the Count.

Mike's recent trip

Mike went on a trip to NYC a few months ago and guess who he met? Donald Trump Jr! Here's some pics to share:

He and his friend Rick got to go out on a boat around the Hudson with some NYPD, pretty neat!
