Family reunion date?

We looked at the calendar and it ends up July 4th is a Saturday this year. Mike is off on the 3rd and we were thinking the 4th would be a great day to have our family reunion this year.

We wanted to find out if there were any conflicts or other things going on that would prevent you from coming. So if you can look at your calendars, talk to your family and let us know that would be great! Just email one of us: m.markovcy@att.net or cindy.markovcy@att.net

Spring Cleaning!

Before I listed any of this stuff on craigslist, I thought I'd see if anyone out there was interested in this stuff. I'd rather have it go to someone in the family first :)

Today is the most beautiful spring-like day, we are going to go out for a nice long walk after lunch. I hope everyone enjoys their weekend!

A little update on Uncle Polski

We got this email from Gerard last week... so I wanted to share in case you didn't know:
My Dad was released from the hospital today - he was transferred to Blue Mountain Next Step rehab center in Lehighton (I think its behind Gnaden Huetten hospital).
His doctor recommended 1-2 weeks of rehab strengthening before he returns home.
He is in Room 213, and visiting hours are 4-8 weekdays, 1-8 weekends.

He has his cell phone, if you want to call him, but keep in mind he lost some short term memory capability from the anesthesia, so he may be a bit confused - 570-656-9811.

That is GREAT news!!!

8 months old and

Gabrielle got 2 TEETH! wow! I thought something was 'up' when she got a nasty (first ever) diaper rash and her naps were all 'off'. Well yesterday I peeked and sure enough, 2 little teeth made an appearance in the bottom front of her mouth. One's a little higher so I must've missed that one's first appearance.

And, Gabrielle turned 8 months old yesterday too! Time is flying by!
